JV Softball takes 3rd Place

The Hillsboro JV Softball team took 3rd place in the 12th Annual Tiger Cub Softball Tournament at Festus.  The Hawks scores were as follows: Hillsboro 1 DeSoto 9 Hillsboro 18 Northwest 7 Hillsboro 14 Jackson 6 The Hawks are coached by Tish Naeger and improved their record to 11 – 3 on the season.

Varsity Soccer Finishes Tough Week 2 – 2

The Hillsboro Varsity Soccer team (record 5 – 5) finished a tough week 2 – 2.  The Hawks fell to SLUH JV 2-0, and Cape Notre Dame 2-0.  The Hawks picked up two key JCAA Conference victories over DeSoto 1-0, and Perryville 1-0 (PK’s).  The Hawks will compete next week at home in the 6th Annual Hillsboro Boys Soccer Tournament
